She is facing right and is wearing the beautiful “Girls of Great Britain and Ireland“ tiara. Script around is in Latin - Translation; Elizabeth the Second by the Grace of God Queen Defender of the Faith. Designer of obverse coin side is Arnold Machin. Reverse of this coin shows a Crowned Portcullis with Chains. This is an adaptation of the badge of Henry VII. This is now the Badge of the Palace of Westminster.
