DE Broke Garuda Again (Warframe)

This bug is halting progress on a video, I want to show everyone why breach surge garuda is far inferior to base garuda, but I can’t do that because base garuda’s combo doesn’t work anymore. Frankly I’m not entirely sure what’s happening here, other than her 1 isn’t dealing the correct damage with her 4.
