TAI CHI STYLE Exercise - Arm Swinging (intermediate)
This TAI CHI STYLE Exercise - Arm Swinging (intermediate) is the second level of my “exercise no1“. This is slightly different to Tai Chi so I have called it TAI CHI STYLE Exercise. I think this arm swinging exercise is probably the most efficient exercise to do, we can get so many benefits for so little effort! It improves circulation, lymphatic drainage, mobilises the spine and whole skeleton, assists breathing and massages the internal organs as you “hold up the frame“ like a dancer and twist. It is about relaxing the arms and holding a good posture through the spine.
