How to make a quick and easy regency spencer jacket - NO SEWING!

Penny shows you how to convert a cheap modern jacket from the op shop (thrift store for non-Aussies) into a cute cropped spencer style regency jacket. The project cost less than $20 in materials and took less than 30 minutes. Best of all it required no sewing at all, just a little measuring, snipping and ironing. You can put a jacket like this over any long high-waisted dress, like a cotton beach dress, to make an easy regency lady’s outfit for the Good Society larp.
