After a few years of experimentation, Ubisoft has finally returned to the formula that made Assassin’s Creed so popular in the first place. Mirage is a more focused and streamlined experience, set in the vibrant city of Baghdad during the Golden Age of Islam.
You play as Basim Ibn Ishaq, a street urchin who is recruited into the Hidden Ones, a secret society of assassins. As Basim, you will learn the deadly arts of the Hidden Ones and embark on a quest to unravel the mysteries of the city and avenge the death of your mentor.
Mirage features a more parkour-focused gameplay experience, with a greater emphasis on stealth and assassination. The game also features a new combat system that is more fluid and responsive.
Overall, Assassin’s Creed Mirage is a return to form for the series. It is a more focused and streamlined experience that features everything that fans love about the franchise.
