Westminster, London. Title: “In Royal Gold & Silver. 61 (the King’s age) old people receive Royal Maundy gifts from King’s Lord High Almoner“. C/U of an elderly man holding a small pouch up to the camera, a crowd of curious people look over his shoulder. C/U of another old man in a bowler hat, he is surrounded by a group of women in their smartest clothes and a couple of smiling policemen. He tips out a small pouch in his hand to show gift from King George V to the camera. M/S of the man surrounded by his family, he laughs (he has no teeth!). M/S of two elderly ladies in their best hats holding their pouches up to the camera, a crowd of people look over their shoulders at the camera.
