Professional Specific reasons for crusher bearing heating manufacturers

1. When assembling the crusher, the outer ring of the bearing and the hole of the bearing seat or the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft are not correctly matched. During the assembly process of the crusher, the inner hole was not repaired, its dimensions were measured, and new bearings were replaced for assembly. After testing, it was found that the temperature rise was too high. When disassembling the measurement results, it was found that the bearing seat hole had been deformed, thus squeezing the outer ring part of the bearing, resulting in a smaller radial clearance of the bearing, uneven rolling of the rolling elements and increased wear. The gap between the inner ring of the bearing and the shaft is too large. The inner ring of the bearing rotates with the rolling elements and the shaft, and the friction causes the bearing to heat up and vibrate.
