Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey paused before George Floyd’s casket at the memorial. He dropped to one knee and began sobbing, and appeared to say something. Floyd was killed by a Minneapolis police officer in late May. His death has sparked national outrage, protests, and some violence at those protests.
