The whole world pray for Canada..!! Massive wildfires, 19,300 people evacuated There were about 87 active wildfires, across Canada, including Alberta as of Sunday afternoon, with 24 deemed out of control. The number of evacuees grew to more than 19,300 on Sunday, soaring from about 16,500 a day earlier due to new evacuation orders in Rainbow Lake, Sturgeon Lake First Nation and Leduc County. There were more than 1,500 Albertans who helped put out the fire. About 800 additional firefighters, including from the United States, have also joined them. Firefighters are already in the forested areas of the Rocky Mountains and Calgary in the south.
