London. SV SUMMER SNOW: A dress of black lace over a white organza with embroidery in white beads to produce a snowflake effect. CU pan up, Summer Snow. LV Norman Hartnell, designer, (Queen’s dress designer) places top and skirt of two piece against model. SV Norman Hartnell places rose on model’s waist. CU Norman Hartnell. SV HORTENSIA: A ball gown of lustrous lilac tinted satin stiffly spread over a hooped underskirt. The large clusters of flowers are hydrangeas in their natural colours. SCU pan up Hortensia. CU GOODWOOD: Pan up black taffeta skirt overlaid with white lace, to white taffeta overlaid with white lace bodice. Model also wears large black cartwheel hat. LV BELLE DE NUIT: A silver lace evening dress shimmering with silver sequins and diamonds. The long black lace coat is encrusted with spangles and black jet, & SCU. SV Belle de Nuit. SCU HAWTHORN HILL: A spring suit in deep olive green silk speckled with white. Model also wears stole of Inky Sable. CU pan up jacket of Hawthor
