Kasabian - . (Lost Souls Forever) [Jagz Kooner Mix - Edit]

On 9 August 2004, Kasabian released their third single, . (Lost Souls Forever). It was released on two different CD formats as well as a 10“ vinyl. The Mini CD was marked as PARADISE13, with the Maxi CD being given PARADISE14. The cover to both versions featured a blue background variation of the iconic masked man self-titled album cover. The 10“ vinyl was PARADISE15 and had the same cover as the CD, which was also part of a large poster featuring the single’s artwork. Two original songs were included as b-sides to PARADISE14, called Lab Twat and Doctor Zapp. The b-sides to the vinyl included a remix of the track by Jagz Kooner, known as the ’Jagz Kooner Mix’. This remix was also released on a 12“ promo vinyl, which was PARADISE11. Jagz Kooner is a British record producer, known mainly for his remix work. His most famous work is on Primal Scream’s XTRMNTR track, Swastika Eyes. A shorter edit of the remix is available on both CDs. . (Lost Souls Forever) was also released as an un-numbered Japanese exclusive EP, which included all of the above b-sides, as well as a live recording of Club Foot from Summer Sonic Festival in Tokyo.
