Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 onion
- Green bell pepper and sweet banana pepper, amount to your liking
Seasonings:
- Salt and black pepper
Recipe:
1. Finely dice one onion and sauté it in a pan with a little oil for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
2. Grate 3 tomatoes and 1 red bell pepper and add them to the pan. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Wait for the excess liquid to evaporate.
4. Add 4 eggs.
5. Add cheese like pizza cheese or mozzarella.
6. Finally, dice some green bell pepper and sweet banana pepper and add them on top of the eggs.
