30 min FULL BODY STRENGTH Kettlebell Workout | No Jump | No Repeat ( COMPACT + ABS )

In this 30 min FULL BODY STRENGTH Kettlebell Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have 8x bundles of 4x Exercises: 1st exercise = Lower Body 2nd exercise = Upper Body 3rd exercise = An Explosive Exercise 4th exercise = Core / ABS We will be performing each exercise for 40 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest between the exercises and a 20 seconds rest between each bundle. After the first 4x bundles there will be a 60 seconds water-break. In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue) 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) kettlebell form “👑 Kettlebell Kings” You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2-3x rounds in a row.
