JUST FOOD ] One of the popular variants of okonomiyaki (Japanese savory pancake) is the Hiroshima style, which is layered rather than pre-mixed and includes noodles and a fried egg topping. You can find this street food served at any Japanese festival, where they’ll go for roughly $6 US a pop. This video was shot during the cherry blossom festival at Yasukuni shrine in Tokyo, Japan.
