Native American style bass flutes are awesome, very relaxing and deep, but unfortunately hard to play when you don’t have giant arms and hands... A couple of flute makers have invented solutions for this, which has resulted in different types of bass flute. I distinguish 4 types: - Bass flutes with short slow air chambers - Side blown bass flutes - Fipple style bass flutes - Ocarina style bass flutes I’m not only a fan of bass flutes but also of Native style drone flutes.
