A solar filter reveals the true angular size of the sun

Due to glare, the angular size of the sun appears much bigger than it actually is. A proper solar filter can be used to remove the glare and reveal the sun’s true angular size. Taken on July 14, 2017 in the UK with a Nikon P900 and Solomare Solar Filter with Baader film.
