Russia launched a fresh wave of air attacks on Kyiv on third night in a row, making it the 17th attack on the Ukrainian capital in May alone. Ukrainian defence forces claimed to have shot down more than 20 drones that killed one person. The attack, which involved only Iranian-made Shahed drones (Kamikaze) and no missiles as per Kyiv’s military administration, hit an apartment building.
