Barn Owl Hunting - (DBLM Wildlife)

A glorious early spring morning on the North Norfolk Coast. It’s the onset of half term week and the adjacent coast road is about to lose it’s early morning slumbering mode. The other side of a hedgerow and one of three local Barn Owls is about to provide over an hour’s almost non-stop activity. There’s an air of apricity as the temperature heads over 10C and a soundtrack of smaller birds suggests spring is about to be sprung. But the main player never ’s such an honour to witness this graceful bird in such a perfect setting.
