My friend called me and said he had 40 Aluminum horse shoes to get rid of , He said I should melt them down into 1 big block so I thought why not . I melted them down into smaller ingots then got 2 furnaces going to make sure they were all molten when I tried out my new Mold. The biggest bar I’ve made but definitely not the heaviest . An awesome big mold but less than half the size of my biggest mold which I haven’t tried yet .
