THE STORY OF WZA 2024

Another year, another successful Wodapalooza! This was the 12th time the world’s largest international CrossFit event was hosted here in Miami and my 12th time doing it. I teamed up with Chandler Smith and Tola Morakinyo as Team Ombré Hombres, once again! We had 2 packed days of competition, with 3 events on each day.
