Kurt Vonnegut, Joseph Heller and others on Bureaucracy & War (1997)

Several authors who were also World War II veterans and faculty members discussed the bureaucratic role in war. They also reflected on their personal experiences during the war. Mr. Vonnegut delivered remarks focused primarily on his experiences in Dresden as a prisoner of war when it was bombed by the Allies which he wrote about in Slaughterhouse Five.
