90 POWs exchanged between Russia and Ukraine

Russia and Ukraine have exchanged 90 prisoners of war. The freed military personnel will be repatriated to Moscow by the Russian Air Force and will receive medical care. According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, the United Arab Emirates provided humanitarian aid.
