Active Denial System tested

MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, Va. (March 9, 2012) - Marines and other DoD officials got a demo of and tried out the latest non-Lethal weapon proposed for use by troops around the world. It’s called the Active Denial System, and it uses a non-harmful heating effect to detour potential threats.
