Blender Quick Tip - Quick Create Triangle/Pentagon/Hexagon/Anygon Primitive

How to quickly create even triangles, pentagons, hexagons, or any number of gons. Its not immediatly obvious how to do it in the shift a menu so heres a lil help if this has troubled you like it has me in the past.
