Taekwondo Poomsae 1 (Taegeuk Il Jang), 2020

It’s already been 5 years since I lasted uploaded my Poomsae 1 (Taegeuk Il Jang) ! Looking back it seems I’ve improved slightly! :) Anyways, I just wanted to say thank you for all for the support and I’m so happy I’ve helped so many of you with this Poomsae!! The 2020 version, I paused longer in between steps to show you the “preparatory step/예비동작“. This version has no mirror view by the way!
