Perceptron and Gradient Descent Algorithm - Scikit learn

The Perceptron Algorithm is generally used for classification and is much like the simple regression. The weights of the perceptron are trained using the perceptron Learning , Gradient Descent Algorithm. We use this and compare accuracy with the Random Forest Algorithm.
