20 MIN: SINGLE KETTLEBELL FAT BURNING Workout

20 minutes may seem a short duration for a workout but when you combine slow and controlled movements with great technique and continuous thinking as you lift and lower with compound movements and structured rest you can accomplish a lot in those 20 minutes! For this full body workout you will need a kettlebell and a mat. The kettlebell I am using for your reference are 12kg 40/20 time layout - 10 exercises - x2 rounds to complete
