Skyscraper flats. Finsbury, London. Various shots of rooftops and chimneys around London. C/U dustbins, M/S demolished wall. A little boy picks up a stone then throws it down again. M/S men breaking up bricks and stone. L/S’s building sites. The camera pans up the new 12 storey skyscraper flats. Various shots of them from different angles. Mrs Edwards carries her baby Peter through one of the rooms. M/S as she puts him in his high chair and he plays with toy monkey. L/S view over city. M/S as Mr Henry Edwards comes in and turns on fire. M/S as Mrs Edwards prepares tea in the kitchen and passes it through hatch to her husband.
