Chinese Therapy Balls- Tips for beginners

I’ve gotten a few questions regarding these therapy balls. I’ve been practicing more and more lately, and figured I’d share a few insights I’ve found from recently learning how to do this right handed. I’ve been using these with the left hand for about 9 years. My right hand only has about 2 months of serious practice so far.
