Holding one dumbbell in each hand standing up straight with shoulders back and a slight bend in the elbows, raise dumbbells out to the side of the body until arms are parallel to the ground. From this position lower one arm at a time back to the starting position, while the other arm is held out to the side. Alternate arms.
