Use a container that safe for the microwave.
Reheat Salmon: microwave for about 3 minutes. Turn halfway.
Reheat Eggs: microwave for about 3 minutes and stir halfway.
Do not overheat. It’s better to add more time to the microwave if you need to.
BASIL PESTO
2 C Fresh Basil leaves
1/2 C Pine Nuts
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 C Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
2/3 C Olive Oil
2-4 cloves garlic
Chocolate Zucchini Muffins:
Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 F for 20 - 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
1 1/2 C almond flour:
1/2 C tapioca flour:
1/4 C coconut flour:
1/2 C cacao powder:
1 t baking powder
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
3 eggs
1/2 C date paste (add more dates to sweeten)
