Today, I’m analyzing Calgary’s Real Estate / House market in March 2022 for Condos and Houses! Is it still the best Real Estate investment for Canadians to make for affordable housing options? In this video, we’ll go over different options all the way from $300K to $800K just to get an idea of what’s going on in today’s heating Calgary housing market. Despite some evident growth in Calgary’s housing market in the last few months, (both in prices and sales volume), Alberta still remains one of the most attractive places for Canadians to buy Real Estate: and doesn’t matter if you’re an investor, a first-time homebuyer, an international student who wants to settle in Canada or already experienced homebuyer - the current market in Calgary and other Alberta’s cities makes it way too attractive to avoid considering. (especially considering that ON prices are still double and triple higher compared to AB.)
