Ukraine’s lies about not using anti-personnel land mines have been busted again. Human Rights Watch examined pictures of the remains of a rocket in Eastern Ukraine. The rockets are reportedly exclusively used to scatter PFM-1S anti-personnel mines. Earlier, a New York-based Rights Group made similar allegations against Ukraine. Kyiv has acknowledged the Rights Group’s report, saying they would be ’duly studied’.
