NATO Countries in Panic after Russia Testing The New Biggest & Fastest Bomber Aircraft. Two New Russian strategic bombers flew for 10 hours over icy waters in the Arctic Ocean. The flight is part of a second stage of tests after United Aircraft Corporation delivered the new bombers to the Russian Defense Ministry on Dec. 30, 2022. The tests involved maneuvers in checking the stability of the bomber at altitudes of 600 and 2,000 meters.
