Donald Trump gets a huge update on his Georgia Election Interference lawsuit with Fani Willis. Judge Scott McAfee has ruled that Fano Willis cannot force 19 co-defendants to come to trial on October 23rd. This denies defendants due process and the right to pre-trial preparation. The judge mildly chided DA Fani Willis by saying there isn’t a court in the county that can hold 19 people and over 150 witnesses and camera crews. He said he will allow Sydney Powell and Kenneth Chesboro to peel off from the other 17 but they will be tried together.
