The Princess of Wales marked World Mental Health Day by visiting Nottingham Trent University. Speaking to students, she learned how they were settling into the new semester, and supporting each other’s mental health. She mentioned how much she enjoyed being able to try out new things, sports and hobbies, when she was at St Andrews University as a student.
