2 eggs
30 g sweetener(erythritol, stevia, etc)1/4 cup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 g melted and cooled butter(1 oz)
120 g greek yogurt(1/2 cup)
1 apple
100 g oat flour(1 cup)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
pinch of salt
70 g fresh/frozen blueberries( oz)
bake 50 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F
