BELLA VISTA - Walking Tour [4K]

HEADPHONES ON, this video is in HD STEREO =) - I did a quick walkthrough of the Bella Vista Housing (pabahay) Community the other day. This area is located in General Trias in the Cavite Province of the Philippines. I enjoy walking through local neighborhoods to see how the real locals live. This area, if I’m not mistaken is a Camella Property which is owned by the richest man in the Philippines, Manny Villar. I see properties like this all the time where the homes are built with the least amount of quality and sold in masses. The tenants seem to be paying home owners fees, but the maintenance of the property does not seem to be taken care of. You can see homes here double up as businesses such as Sari Sari Stores (small Mom and Pop convenience stores) which is a necessity here, but I feel devalues the area. The plus side is that it brings a happy community together whereas the people can pretty much do anything they want with their homes, so you will see add-ons to homes w
