Xbox Wireless Headset Volume Control Wheel Issues / Troubleshooting

I recently got the Xbox Wireless Headset. I’m pretty happy with it but when it comes to rotating the volume wheel to adjust the volume it just doesn’t seem like mine is working properly as I demonstrate in this video.
