A Look back at CB Radio - Retro Rewind - 27/81 MHz Citizens Band Radio - Binatone 5 Star - Convoy

A Look back at CB Radio - I decide to dig out some old CB Radio equipment from over 30 years ago to see if it still works and also if all these years later I can find anyone else to speak to. Join me as I look back at CB radio and talk about my favourite CB memories. Citizens band radio (also known as CB radio) is, in many countries, a system of short-distance radio communications between individuals on a selection of 40 channels within the 27 MHz band. CB radios featured in this Video include the Binatone 5 Star and the Realistic TRC-1001. During the video I use some of the CB Radio 10 codes, here is a list of the full 10 codes and what they mean… 10-1 Receiving poorly 10-2 Receiving well 10-3 Stop transmitting 10-4 OK, message received 10-5 Please relay message 10-6 Busy, please stand by 10-7 Out of service, and signing off 10-8 In service, and taking calls 10-9 Please repeat message 10-10 Transmission complete, standing by 10-11 Talking too fast 10-12 Visitors present 10-13 How is the weather?
