A wonderful place to make your dreams come true is the Appalachian Trail, called “the AT” by hikers. The AT is perhaps the most famous hiking trail and the longest continuously marked footpath in the world. It crosses 14 states in the Eastern part of the U.S., including the crests and valleys of the Appalachian Mountains. The AT offers opportunities for people to explore and connect with nature.
