#shorts This one is exactly as described, one of the most iconic drum breaks of all time - The Amen Break! Originally played by Gregory C. Coleman on a track by The Winstons called Amen Brother and then endlessly sampled, recreated and reimagined by drummers and producers! I chose 3 different tempos based on the original track and tracks or genres that have used the break! A lot of you will know this break already but, in my opinion, it’s one that every drummer needs to get down! Notation below, enjoy my dudes!
