Person starts throwing large patio furniture off of the roof of a skyscraper in midtown #Manhattan

Person starts throwing large patio furniture off of the roof of a skyscraper in midtown #Manhattan. The incident reportedly happened on East 46th Street and 5th Avenue. A wooden chair could be seen being thrown over the edge and smashing into the scaffolding below as people ran to safety.
