GUN MODELING in MAYA part 2 - bevel, mesh smooth, & boolean
In this Maya modeling tutorial series, I detail my process for creating a high-resolution gun. After starting with basic cubes and cylinders, I work up to adding high res details that look like the real thing!

The real challenge to hard surface modeling is adding detail - which means lots of polygons - while still maintaining a mesh that is easy enough to work with that changes
