Shoulder Warm up ideas for Pole Dancers

I recently did a Facebook Live in my group Off the Pole - all about shoulders. ( ) This group is all about how to get the most from your training when your not necessarily at the pole studio and how to balance out your body. This video is to give a few ideas on how to mobilise the shoulders in preparation for pole. Warming up correctly helps to: - Prevent injuries - Increase mobility - Activate muscle tissue surrounding the joint to help stabilise the join during training - Get blood to the muscles, tendons and ligaments - Warm up the synovial fluid to help the bones glide across each other. If you want more specific guidance on how to train ’off the pole’ - visit where my Core Essentials Program covers things like rotator cuff, lower abdominals and upper back strength.
