Vintage Ballet Program 1944 Ballet Russe De Monte Carlo

This is a bit of a departure from my usual videos, however, I feel it has a place here. One of the many reasons I make videos is to preserve our beautiful art, BALLET. I was fortunate enough to have been given a glorious collection of old ballet programs. They were accumulated over the years by Mary Alice Ingram Callahan, my first dance teacher, and the founder (back in 1933!!) of the dance studio I now own. Each one is a treasure and I had been trying to think of a way to share them with my fellow balletomanes, while keeping them intact and preserved. Then, silly me, I thought why not commit them to video. Then everyone has access to them! I have many, many more programs so if you like this, please let me know and I’ll “display“ others.
