However with this method you can slow the mobs, those who are controllable, to the extreme. Using call of the heavens mount power, and also wayward wizard. I even went overboard and slotted frost enchantment for even more slow, the slower they are the more stamina for me. Stamina dependent gear will thank you. You can get wayward wizard of the
