How to Speak Russian with CATS? (How to Call a Cat in Russian)

If you come to Russia you will notice that not only do most Russians not understand English, neither do most Russian cats! Yes, Russian “koshki“ (cats) don’t understand ’kitty-kitty’, they understand ’ks-ks’. How to call a cat in Russian? Just say ’ks ks’. ’Ks-ks’ is short for ’kis-kis’ or ’kisa-kisa’ which is literally ’kitty-kitty’ because ’kisa’ is the Russian for ’kitty’.
