ICE BATH AND SHIRTLESS WALK IN THE SNOW

Brice ( IG @bricepoule ) wanted to take an ice bath in the wonderful landscape of the French Alps . He did not find a suitable location : the water ( 0,2°C ) level was too low and mixed with snow and sharp pieces of ice ... He has only a short bath, but he decided to prolong the cold exposure with a more than 30 min trek to the hotel in only boxers . Temp : 0°C and wind .
