In today’s video, PoE - Crafting a Spectre Minion Helmet, we’ll be doing just that - crafting a hypothermia, minion damage helmet that is used by many Spectre builds this league. To do this, I’ll be experimenting with a few different crafting techniques. My overall feeling after crafting a minion helmet in a few different ways is that using Bound Frigid on an i86 Shaper/Elder Bone Helmet is the easiest way to get pretty good mods.
